1. Eligibility for Return & Refund

- The request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Returns or refunds are not applicable for products that are:
- Opened or partially consumed.
- Customized or on sale.
- Returned without valid proof of purchase.

3. Refund Process
- Once the return is approved and the product is received in our warehouse, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–6 working days.
- You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or expired product), we will bear the return shipping costs.
- In other cases, return shipping charges may apply and will be borne by the customer.
5. Important Notes
- We recommend recording a video while opening the package for faster resolution in case of damage.
- All refund and return decisions are subject to our discretion and verification of the claim.
